  1. The branch monopoly for promotion within WELCONOMY 2016.
  2. The Company becomes: THE STRATEGIC COORGANIZER OF WELCONOMY 2016.
  3. Providing the participation at WELCONOMY 2016 (food, accommodation, banquet, coffee breaks, the conference materials ) for the agreed number of the Company representatives. )
  4. Placing the Company logo and information about the Company status within WELCONOMY 2016 in all the information and promotional materials that will be published by the Organizer at WELCONOMY 2016 STRATEGIC COORGANIZERS’ section in:
    • the official conference folder,
    • the invitation,
    • the web page : www.welconomy.pl that will be linked with the Company web page,
    • the facebook‘s funpage of the event that will be linked with the Company web page,
    • the multimedia presentation that will be projected during the Opening Session (the slide with only the Company logo will be shown for 20 seconds)
    • the stage construction during the Plenary Sessions,
    • the promotional wall prepared and built up by the Organizer.
  5. Placing 10 roll-ups of the Company at the exhibition area of WELCONOMY 2016 ( including two roll-ups that will be placed at the Plenary Sessions).
  6. Placing the Company promotional walls- one piece at the exhibition area and during the Plenary Sessions, then at the official banquet.
  7. Placing two advertising baloons or other advertising outdoor media delivered by the Company in front of WELCONOMY Conference Hall.
  8. Providing the exhibition area at the spot agreed by both Parties.
  9. Publishing the full colour advertisement/ publication (prepared and delivered by the Company) in the official conference folder. The publication will not be longer than 4 A4 pages.
  10. Giving the possibility for the Company representatives to take part in the chosen subject panels and to the member of the Management Board at the Plenary Session on the first or the second day of the conference.
  11. Informing in the press notes which will be sent to media about the Company status and giving to media four pieces of press notes delivered by the Company.
  12. Giving the possibility of publishing the Company press note at the web page of WELCONOMY 2016 and at the official facebook’s funpage of the event once a week till WELCONOMY FORUM 2016.
  13. Giving the possibility of organization of the subject panels and of choosing the issues and the lecturers by the Company.
  14. Providing the Company advertising materials to all the participants of WELCONOMY FORUM 2016.
  15. Participation of one Member of the Company Management Board at the interviews that are given to prepare the video documentation of WELCONOMY FORUM 2016.
  16. The possibility of giving the promotional presentation of the Company during the Plenary Sessions (they will last 3 minutes).
  17. Thirty-second presentation of the Company before the beginning of each WELCONOMY panels.
  18. Inviting the guests chosen by the Company on its behalf to WELCONOMY FORUM 2016.
  1. The Company becomes: THE MAIN COORGANIZER OF WELCONOMY 2016.
  2. Providing the participation at WELCONOMY 2016 (food, accommodation, banquet, coffee breaks, the conference materials ) for the agreed number of the Company representatives.)
  3. Placing the Company logo and information about the Company status within WELCONOMY 2016 in all the information and promotional materials that will be published by the Organizer at WELCONOMY 2016 STRATEGIC COORGANIZERS’ section in:
    • the official conference folder,
    • the invitation,
    • the web page : www.welconomy.pl that will be linked with the Company web page,
    • the facebook‘s funpage of the event that will be linked with the Company web page,
    • the multimedia presentation that will be projected during the Opening Session (the slide with only the Company logo as the MAIN COORGANIZER will be shown for 15 seconds)
    • the stage construction during the Plenary Sessions,
    • the promotional wall prepared and built up by the Organizer.
  4. Placing 8 roll-ups of the Company at the exhibition area of WELCONOMY 2016 ( including one roll-up that will be placed at the Plenary Sessions).
  5. Placing the Company promotional walls- one piece at the exhibition area of WELCONOMY and during the Plenary Sessions.
  6. Placing one advertising baloon or other advertising outdoor media delivered by the Company in front of WELCONOMY Conference Hall.
  7. Publishing the full colour advertisement/ publication (prepared and delivered by the Company) in the official conference folder . The publication will not be longer than 3 A4 pages.
  8. Giving the possibility for the Company representatives to take part in the chosen subject panels and to the member of the Management Board at the Plenary Session on the first or the second day of the conference.
